As previously communicated, an error was found with the Sage 50 2018.1 and 2017.3 December update that affects the 2018 Quebec income tax calculations.

The fix for the Quebec employee payroll calculation error is now available.

If you are currently on 2018.1, please click here and follow the steps to download the file for the update. You will need to download, save and run this file on your machine.

If you are on 2017.3 and impacted by this error, you will need to upgrade to 2018.1 before attempting to install the fix. If you are on an active service plan that includes updates, you can download 2018.1 by checking for updates from your 2017.3 product. If you are not on an active service plan, please contact Sage at 1-877-286-9225 to upgrade to 2018.1.
