Reminder: Sage policy enforcement

Payroll features and functionality service plan policy—Key Date: April 8, 2016

We wanted to share an important reminder with you about the payroll module in Sage 50. Since 2012, Sage has communicated that an active service plan is required to access any payroll feature. Over the next several months we will be helping customers to come into compliance with this existing policy.

This means that if you are using the payroll module today to enter your own payroll tax calculations and to create paycheques, you will need to add a service plan. The reason for this is that our policy for use of our payroll modules requires customers to be on a service plan with Sage. To help your business plan well ahead, this will not become a requirement until April 8th 2016 and we have several service plan choices available to help you to continue to use the payroll features you need in Sage 50.

Please give us a call to discuss the available options and select the one that would work best for your business. If you would like us to call you, email us your name and phone number at callmeback_upgrade@sage.com or you may visit this FAQ to learn more.
